We begin with an initial consultation, a dedicated space to assess fit, explore your history, and understand what you are carrying and where you want to go. Before any work begins, you will feel seen. Not assessed, not diagnosed but seen. This is the foundation everything else is built on.

Embodied
This work does not live only in the mind. Drawing from Hakomi, parts work, and somatic awareness, we track what the body knows and the places where old patterns live, where grief is stored, where something has been waiting for permission to move. The body is not a symptom to be managed. It is a guide to be listened to.

Integrated
Insight without integration is just information. Whatever arises in our work together, whether in a depth session, ceremony, or time in the wild, we weave it into the fabric of your daily life. The measure of this work is not what happens in session. It is how you live when you leave.
30 minutes │ In-person or virtual
Before any work begins, we meet. This is a spacious, no-pressure conversation to explore who you are, what you are carrying, and whether this work and this container feel like the right fit. There is no obligation and no agenda only an honest exchange to help us both discern if we are meant to walk this path together. If the fit feels right, we will discuss next steps, scheduling, and pricing before we close.
One hour │ In-person or virtual
Some things cannot be thought your way through, they have to be felt, tracked, and met in the body before the mind can make sense of them. Drawing from Hakomi and parts work, I offer a space where all of you is welcome, whether the work calls for therapeutic depth or a clear-eyed companion and guide for the terrain ahead. We work with life crossroads, purpose, relational dynamics, and the places where you feel stuck between who you have been and who you are becoming. This is not advice-giving and it is not a fix. It is thinking and feeling alongside someone who will not let you settle for less than what is true.
